August 1st Phil started a company wide Biggest Loser contest. It's been a long 12 weeks for him, but he's done awesome. They were on teams, so it was him, his employees and a few other coworkers from other branches. It was a lot harder with a team to win the weekly prizes when you aren't the only one who has to do well.

Even though he didn't get first place he did place 3rd of 50 or so people involved. He lost 31.7 lbs in the 12 weeks and did really well.

His after picture was his halloween outfit...so he wants to make it clear he doesn't really wear his hair like that!
