Audriana had a great birthday and the boys made sure of it. They sang happy birthday to her a few times throughout the day and let her do and have whatever she wanted. (ignore her hair I didn't realize how crooked it was since she had already pulled it out and it was a fast put back in since she wasn't happy with me sticking it back in the second time!)
When Phil got home from work (actually golfing in Salt Lake for work) we had two presents that are way too big and I wasn't even attempting to wrap, she didn't care. She was super excited, as you can see in the first picture was her scooter. She loves to ride the boys scooter so I figured it was only fitting that we found this adorable pink one for her. In fact when we got home from dinner last night she went right to it in the garage and tried to pull it back out! The rest of her presents we have for her are being saved for the party from us and from the boys.
The boys decided that Audriana wanted to go to the peanut resturaunt, aka Texas Roadhouse. We actually knew our waitress and always see her when we go, but hardly ever get put in her section (we would request but we usually go with a long wait). So that was fun for the kids, she gave them all their own ice cream for Audriana's birthday treat, tattoo's and the erasers.
And these are for journaling purposes so if you don't care, sorry.
We took her to the doctor today. He said she is the chart for an average 2 year old. She has proceeded her milestones. They want a 2 year old to say 4-10 words.
People that she says their name and uses correctly: Jordan, Peyton, Mom, Dad, Papa, Grandma, (both of our parents), Garen (Jordan's friend), Woody, Buzz and she calls every train Choo Choo's.
She says other names, but can't tell you who they belong to, as in if you say, say this word she can usually repeat it. But like I said she is so stinking shy she only does it if she knows you.
She can tell you where her hands, toes, teeth, ears, hair, head and hats, eyes(she gets a little confused and points to cheek) and when we say nose it sounds like toes to her so she points to toes. She also says all of those words.
Her favorite sentences/phrases: Don't do that. What you doing? Where are you? How are you? No. Why? Mine. Where's Jordan? (I hear this all the way back from taking Jordan) Let's go! 1, 2, 3, go! Sorry. Are you ok? Thanks and sometimes Thank you. Love you.
She imitates like crazy. Sometimes we'll be sitting in public and she'll see an adult folding his/her arms and she folds her arms. I don't know if she thinks she has to everytime she sees that or what. She also sings and in church she has to get the hymn book and hold it out. And she sings, loudly. It's very cute.
Oh and she brushes her teeth, at least 4 times a day. Funny girl. She has had a dentist appointment a couple weeks ago and she thought it was awesome.

There was only one concern, which with her development the doctor said it isn't that big of a concern, but maybe someone else has had this before. Her front soft spot on her skull is not closed. It should be, which USUALLY means it is related to a low thyriod. It can be genetic, which if you don't know I have a low thyriod so genetically speaking she could have it and I know other family members that have it. They are also tested during the newborn screening and she was normal then. However he said he would was only going to worry about testing her if I requested it or if she was delayed at all, which she obviously isn't at all. So if anyone has ever had that shoot me an email, but I am not too concerned.
