I left my heart in San Fransisco

Since we didn't get to see the rest of our Mexican trip we got to go to San Fransisco. Which I had never been there before and Phil hadn't been there since high school so over 10 years ago anyway so it was at least a new place for us! Of course we were expecting WARM/HOT weather in Mexico with shorts and we got lots of rain!

Harry freaking Potter...Azkaban, in my head at least.

It's really Alcatraz

As we got off the ship the media swarmed for the angry people about the swine flu!

First things first...Found a movie theater to watch the 11 o'clock showing:

Rode the famous trolleys and cable cars, this is a trolley didn't get a picture of the cable car even though we rode one. The boys were very excited when we brought home a souviner trolley for them!

We also hit China Town, but didn't get any pictures of it or buy anything, it was fun to look around though.

We saw a ton of pirate ships in Cabo, but I didn't take any pictures. We saw this one in SF.

For lunch we had the famous sour dough bread which was very strong! But their clam chowder was really good. We got to watch them make the bread and she talked to us. Apparently a site to see.

Everything else we did was on Pier 39, which was pretty cool. There was the Geridelli's square which was awesome full of chocolate and if it wasn't so crowded it would have made for a great picture. They had the Hard Rock cafe store there, a store for LEFT handed people so basically they made a great store for me and if it wasn't pouring and we weren't soaking wet it would have been cool to look more, lots of little stores and an aquarium that we saw with lots of little sharks and star fish that include all the pictures below.

We got to watch our boat go under the San Fransisco Bridge which at that time the water wasn't too high and it had 17 feet of clearance. The captain said he would be fine with 3 feet!

It was very windy and cold! But if you see all the lights behind us was the bridge.

The girl on the left is Lisa. She is actually from San Fransisco so it wasn't a very fun trip for her going back home! Her dad met her at the Pier. But it was nice to have someone tell us where good places to visit was!
