Bring it on Spring

First let me say, NOTHING is going on here. We haven't done anything exciting since Disney on Ice which Jordan still talks about...you know the alligator eating us then he does his evil laugh...awesome.

So here is probably a boring recap, oh well.

Today we decided it would be warm enough to go for a walk to get Jordan from school. Well I didn't take in account that Peyton would take 10 minutes just to walk up our street and that was about half way there. So after I made him ride with Audriana in the stroller because he made us late we got Jordan and walked home which I let him walk the whole way and it took us a good 30 minutes because of him.

Picture above: it shows our house for those that can't remember or haven't been here before. So now you can picture our IF residence.

Audriana was a little tired because I woke her up after she fell asleep after 10 minutes to get in the stroller. Sorry baby!

Reasons it took so long (which was fine on the way home) he is my little explorer and interested in EVERYTHING!

Mom, "BabeBALL!!" He saw the basketball hoop.

Look mom a house with a car in front. Seriously. Don't see that everyday.

We don't have to cross any streets to get to Jordan's school so he followed the sidewalk home and way ahead of us. Then he'd stop and say "PEYTON COME ON!"

Other than that I think I will be excited to send the boys outside once in awhile now it is warming up. Maybe then they won't insist on building their forts everyday! Good thing we have lots of pillows!

Or jumping on the couch....

Other than that Garner happenings:

Phil:

  • Lost a few pounds. He has been getting dedicated to the cruise and doesn't want to offend anyone when he walks around in a speedo (that was a joke...) Really he has been doing good.
  • Working hard. Wanting to call in sick for the next few weeks to watch March Madness games. Too bad he is the boss and probably should be there though. He is threatening to use the excuse for the Masters though since he is pretty sure he should take it all to the Capital to demand all be paid holidays.
  • Ready to go golfing.
  • Counting down days to go on a cruise!

Cassie

  • Working, photography and freelance designing. Just glad that her husband works so hard she has the option to choose to work for FUN and do what she wants and when she wants! Although the kids clothes are getting more and more expensive for her cheapness self and should work so she doesn't feel too guilty buying them. Oh well can't complain, shouldn't have kids unless you are willing to buy everything that comes with them ;).
  • She still has headaches. Every. Single. Day. It is the most annoying/painful thing she has experienced in her life besides pregnancy of course at least good things come from that pain. Awesome.
  • Haven't watched American Idol for SEASONS! So why is she watching this year, who knows, but it is recorded every week and need to watch it!
  • Also really really wanting to go on the cruise!
  • Not sure why she is talking in the third person, because she is cool like that!

Jordan

  • Two words: Super. Genious. Just saying. His parents claim anyway. He loves loves learning and seriously picks up everything. He's been blowing away everyone with his massive skills.
  • Ok really he loves school, comes home everyday to tell me everything they did. Knows the weirdest animals...I think I let him watch Diego too much because he says mom that is a Yak and it starts with a Y, or that's a Jaguar.
  • Still obsessed with trains. He wants a new one everyday and is saving his money to get more. Last night he told me he had a lot of trains. Glad he realizes it...
  • Pretty sure he is going to pass us with his knowledge of computers soon. He loves learning on the computer and if I don't know where he goes I can go find him doing something on it.
  • Ready to play outside!

Peyton

  • Cracks us up! He is one funny kid even when he is doing something he shouldn't be doing. His mischevious smile makes us laugh.
  • Loves anything to do with cars and balls. He is always making anything he can find into a golf club to hit the balls. AND loves watching babeball with daddy (aka basketball).
  • Is going to turn 2 next week!
  • Wants to be outside every minute of the day!! He wouldn't care if his fingers are freezing.
  • Is his own little person and does what he wants when he wants!

Audriana

  • The happiest baby we have ever had. She is always smiling. Smiling at anyone and anything.
  • Way too cute. I think Phil will be buying a shotgun just to scare the dates away!
  • She is starting to eat table food and loves it, she had pizza last night. She wants anything we have. Also is starting to take sippy cups. Really where is the baby??
  • We also see little spurts of drama queen or princess come out so we are holding out for the terrible little girl stage everyone warns us about! But she is so cute she will probably get away with everything anyway, at least with her dad! Daddy's Girl!

Our kids in order from oldest to youngest sound like they could be identical personalities. It's funny to see that in most family's that usually how it goes. The pictures of your kids are adorable.
