Toes, hairs, fingernails or whatever else you think you can cross...

Yesterday we accepted an offer on the house in Salt Lake! We are more than happy to only own one home and get rid of any stress we have/had on having to pay two mortgages!

We are just hoping they don't back out because I hear all those horror stories! This being our second house we have sold though the first one went so smoothly after the offer was accepted that we are just hoping for the same!!
