Last night we watched Boston Legal, one of Phil's favorite tv shows and this is what he saw...
He said he wants it for Halloween, here is what I am wondering. If you have a light up cowboy hat in Idaho are you going to be in or in trouble.
I am thinking next halloween we may have to do this because how awesome would we look at the next party... We'll have to go to a club with black lights though...
